Small and large family businesses gathered on 19 May at the Family Business Festival at Topacz Castle — and we were there too! We were represented by our founder, Tadeusz Martyniuk, and one of his successors, Olga Martyniuk.
The programme was full of inspiration — Dr Adrianna Lewandowska (pictured) promoted her latest book, ‘7 hats of a family business founder’. There were also valuable workshops on the power of siblings in business and how to support the talents of the younger generation.
There was a lot of good energy, wise conversations and exchange of experiences. We are glad that we could be part of this unique event!
